This journal results from the work that Mary Stacey of Context Management Consulting and Micheal Jones, leadership educator and pianist, created in dialogue about emerging leadership. Mary has shepherded this collaboration from idea to reality  - bringing together a selection of Michael's inspiring quotes and a cover design from the Leon series in to a truly lovely journal in which anyone would be glad to reflect and record their thoughts.
