The "Artist's Way" by Julia Cameron encourages artists to fuel their creative tank by reflective journalling through the morning pages and a weekly feast of a solo artist's date. Lynn Connell provides a refuge and source of inspiration in her wonderful facilities near Creemore ON. This May I spent a week with Toronto artist Casey McGlynn, the rocket launcher of creativity. Casey's "work contains spontaneity, originality and raw energy found more often in Outsider Art.
